Step 2.) Take the Next Step. After you have reviewed our information, you will need to fill out and submit the next step form either online, by fax or regular mail. This lets us know that you are serious about the opportunity and that you would like to speak with a representative.
Step 3.) Review the FDD. After you complete and submit the next step form, you will receive the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Julie Erickson, our sales representative will be in contact with you to answer any questions you may have.
Step 4.) Visit us in Omaha (Optional). You will be reimbursed, up to $300, for travel expenses if you decide to visit our corporate office. You are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to meet the National Property Inspections, Inc. staff and visit our training facilities.
Step 5.) Secure franchise financing. You may need to secure financing to pay for your franchise. NPI will offer ideas on finding third-party financing options, such as business loans, lines of credit, home equity and 401K rollover.
Step 6.) Sign the Franchise Agreement. When you are ready to begin, you will receive a contract. You should review it thoroughly, sign it and send it back to us. We will then schedule you for an acceptable training class.
Step 7.) Get Training from Industry Specialists. The training is an intensive two weeks covering all technical, business, sales, and marketing. Also included is an additional week of onsite training with an established franchisee.
