With NPI, your monthly fees are a flat 10% of your monthly earnings: an 8% royalty that gets you unlimited access to our full-time support staff and rights to the NPI brand, and a 2% advertising fee to finance ongoing advertising, marketing, and public relations programs that benefit the NPI brand at the national and local levels.

The total initial investment to own an inspection business with NPI typically ranges between $41,000 to $54,950. These fees include the initial franchise fee, insurance, marketing and start-up expenses, and additional funds for things like legal and accounting guidance.
