Training & Launch Plan
2-Week In-Person Training Course
Attend our in-person training at our Omaha, Nebraska headquarters. In the first week, our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical instructors will teach you how to complete a home or building inspection using our built-in training props. In week two, our corporate staff members will dive into business development and marketing, giving you the foundation for a solid, diversified business plan.
Licensing Guidance & Field Training
If your state requires a license, our team will help you through the testing and application process when you return home from Omaha training. We’ll also set up ride-along field training with an experienced NPI inspector near your franchise territory so you can complete practice inspections and launch your business with confidence.
Step-By-Step 90-Day Startup Course
Your first 90 days in business are critical to your success. Our online Startup Course provides you with the framework to launch your business and marketing plan one step at a time. As you launch your business, you’ll have the full support of your assigned Business Development Coach and our Corporate Marketing Team to guide you through all stages of growth.

Inspection Tools
Included in your franchise package is a set of professional tools to perform high-quality inspections from day one. Your toolkit comes with a moisture meter, gas detector, voltage and GFCI tester, infrared thermometer, inspection mirror, digital thermometers, binoculars, hard hat, flashlight, and more—all packaged in a custom tool bag and portfolio.
Technology Package
You’ll be equipped with a tablet notebook PC (with warranty), portable printer, and digital camera—everything you need to complete and deliver inspection reports on-site. Plus, our IT support team is available for ongoing assistance whenever you need it for the duration of your franchise.
